Enter and maintain accurate records for all new hires, rehires, and transfers into HR systems. Conduct background checks and I-9 verifications. Assist with global mobility related topics. Support the training team by entering internal and external training records, creating learning materials/manuals, and updating training plans. Coordination support of employee engagement events. Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset; positive attitude and idea contributor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
  • Team player who is also a self-starter and able to work independently.
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program (graduation year 2027 or later).
  • Available to work on-site in Auburn Hills.
  • Available to work 20–29 hours per week during the school year (flexible schedule).
  • Available to work 30–40 hours per week during the summer (flexible schedule).
  • Position planned to start April 1, 2026, or later depending on availability.
