About The Position

The Human Resources Intern will support key HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on onboarding, manager enablement, rewards and recognition, and engagement programs. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to core HR work and strategic projects while partnering closely with HR leadership and stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or people-related functions.

Responsibilities

Support the design and enhancement of Marmon’s WOW onboarding experience, including content development, feedback analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
Assist in the development and standardization of Site Manager and Leader communication toolkits to support consistent messaging and people leadership practices.
Provide analytical and administrative support for EWA compensation evaluation efforts, including data organization, benchmarking support, and documentation.
Contribute to the standardization of engagement and recognition programs, including program materials, best practices, and communication assets.
Assist with the review, organization, and maintenance of job descriptions and other core HR documentation.
Support additional HR initiatives related to talent, culture, and employee experience as assigned.
