Workplace HCM is hiring a Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee our clients’ outsourced HR service needs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including strong expertise in employee relations, policy development, compliance, and strategic HR leadership. The HR Manager will serve as a trusted advisor and primary liaison between Workplace HCM and an array of clients, employees, and vendors. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution, ensuring clients receive high-level HR guidance, compliant processes, and exceptional service delivery.
