In this role, you will: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies. Coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives. Support payroll processing and benefits administration. Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related assistance. Assist with performance management and employee relations activities. Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel. Requirements

  • Experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
