Your success is what's next with Custom Truck One Source. We are experiencing rapid growth and seeking a Human Resources Manager to collaborate with our growing Production team. The role is based at our Union Grove, WI facility, one of our core production sites, and will support Elk Point, SD. The focus of the role is to assess, coach and support the business as we scale and evolve in a diverse range of assignments including benefits, systems, training, performance management, employee relations, and other special projects. We aim to continue enabling our teams to accomplish amazing things. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE You understand the business and have a drive to actively contribute to solutions. This role is unique in that you'll contribute to building better work processes for both your HR teammates and internal customers. You will provide a broad range of HR support to business/strategic goals and Human Resources initiatives, proactively partnering with managers to achieve organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and thoughtful leader with a collaborative leadership style. They must be comfortable with ambiguity and be able to make quick, well-informed decisions while keeping the broader team connected around potential impacts that may arise.
