Key responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager include HRIS administration, training, safety, audits/compliance, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and employee development. This position will oversee and guide the positions of Sr. HR Generalist, HR Generalist, and HR Coordinator and foster a close working relationship with the Sr. Director of HR, helping to provide support within all levels of the department and achieve the strategic goals of the organization.
