About The Position

Charleston Veterinary Referral Center is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to join our hospital in support of our veterinary teams. Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in dynamic, people-focused environments? Do you excel at employee relations, leadership coaching, and building positive workplace cultures? If you’re passionate about supporting teams and driving engagement across hospital operations, we’d love to connect with you. As an HR Manager in our hospital, you’ll play a key role shaping employee experience, supporting leaders, and ensuring compliance and consistency across our hospital teams. Reporting to and partnering closely with the Field People Business Partner, the HR Manager serves as the front-line HR partner for CVRC. At CVRC, our people are the heart of our mission. As HR Manager, you’ll directly influence employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and workplace culture across our hospital teams—helping ensure every team member feels supported and empowered to deliver exceptional care. We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and meaningful professional growth within a leading specialty and emergency veterinary organization. This role is based within a busy veterinary specialty and emergency hospital and includes regular time spent in clinical areas where animals are being examined, treated, and cared for. Team members should be comfortable working in an environment that may include exposure to animal dander, odors, bodily fluids, and the sights and sounds that naturally accompany medical and emergency care. We value team members who are at ease around animals and supportive of the compassionate care our teams provide each day.
