About The Position

We are looking for a self-driven and highly motivated Human Resources (HR) intern to assist with administrative duties and other HR-related tasks. The HR intern will work with other departments on special projects to enhance knowledge base and expand learning experiences. This individual will report directly to the HR VP Operations. This internship offers hands-on learning opportunities in HR Compliance, Digital Transformation, HRIS Optimization, and AI-driven talent strategies. The selected candidate will gain practical exposure to regulatory compliance processes, contribute to digitization and workflow modernization initiatives, support optimization of HR systems and reporting tools, and explore innovative approaches to talent acquisition and workforce analytics using emerging AI technologies. This experience is designed to provide a well-rounded foundation in modern Human Resources Operations within a dynamic and growth-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be a team player
  • Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a drug and breath alcohol test, along with a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of labor laws
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Update and digitize records and policies
  • Collect and maintain department data for tracking key performance goals
  • Organize, create, and maintain desk guides, FAQs, and checklists
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and company events
  • Conduct department research as needed
  • Support compliance efforts by helping maintain required employment documentation
  • Assist other Human Resource Operations Departments as needed
