The HR Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing core HR operational programs, with emphasis on enterprise-level project management, process improvement, rapid project start-up, and contingent workforce transformation. This role oversees programs related to project setup planning, rapid/mass project mobilization for contractors on assignment, onboarding/offboarding, and automation. The HR Operations Manager partners closely with the Head of HR and HRIS to automate and streamline HR processes, while advancing operational excellence across the HR function. The role requires strong collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, Payroll and Solution teams. This position engages cross-functional partners and reports to the Head of HR Operations.
