We are seeking a HR Program Manager to lead core HR programs and process initiatives within Audible's People & Places (P&P) organization. This role blends program management fundamentals with HR knowledge to drive critical work in a dynamic entertainment industry environment. You will own end-to-end program planning and execution for people-focused initiatives, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders including Audible P&P teams, Amazon PXT teams, and business leaders. The role requires wearing multiple hats with the ability to jump into both planned and unplanned projects or programs as business needs evolve. You have HR-specific program management experience, and have both a passion for and a track record of driving process improvements, balancing competing priorities, and thinking creatively to solve complex problems with innovative ideas. You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, bringing high judgment decision-making and data to build recommendations. You bring structure through your communication, verbal and written. You have a deep understanding of the employee lifecycle and have experience as an HRBP or specialized background in HR.
