About The Position

Kinsley is seeking a driven and detailed-oriented Recruitment Specialist for our corporate Human Resources office in York, PA. The Recruitment Specialist is primarily responsible for the hiring and recruiting of qualified individuals for employment. A successful candidate should have excellent organizational, communication and high attention to detail skills. The ability to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to learn are required. Previous recruiting or hiring in the construction or related industry is a plus.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous recruiting, hiring or related experience working in a Human Resources role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Applicant Tracking System (BambooHR) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and detailed-oriented skills is required.
  • Ability to build and maintain working relationships with hiring managers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment while maintaining confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
  • Previous recruiting, hiring or related experience working in a Human Resources role is a plus.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Applicant Tracking System (BambooHR) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Upload resumes to Applicant Tracking System (BambooHR) when applicable
  • Handle employment inquire phone calls.
  • Generates a pool of prospective candidates through a variety of recruiting methods and refers top candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening of candidates and schedule interviews as needed.
  • Attend interviews to support the Operations team and shared services departments.
  • Create and post job ads to Applicant Tracking System and career website as required.
  • Send job offer letters.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and initiatives.
  • Attend and coordinate recruiting events and career fairs.
  • Advise applicants of Kinsley’s hiring procedures while ensuring compliance with all regulatory, corporate policy and department-specific specifications.
  • Provide temporary administrative backup and support when needed.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities to support hiring managers and the Human Resources Department.
