About The Position

In a positive and cheerful manner, provide a variety of general Human Resources support tasks with primary responsibility for leave management and administration. Assist employees with leave options and ensure regulatory compliance. Provide backup support to the HR Representative on core functions (hiring, pay, benefits, onboarding/offboarding). Furnish information to authorized persons and/or agencies. Provide information to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures. This role starts as the dedicated point person for leaves and will expand into full HR Representative 2 responsibilities once the employee demonstrates proficiency across all HR functions.

Requirements

  • Any combination equivalent to education and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills for successful performance. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to two years' experience performing responsible general administrative work.

  • Mid-level computer knowledge in Excel/Microsoft
