Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with graduation completed or anticipated between Spring 2025 and Spring 2026
  • Demonstrated curiosity and initiative through student organizations, academic projects, internships or part-time work
  • Ability to manage your work independently while knowing when to ask questions
  • Willingness to try new approaches, learn from mistakes, and adapt quickly
  • Comfort learning and using new technologies, systems, or digital tools
  • Internship, co-op or project-based experience related to HR, business or organizational work
  • Interest in problem-solving, data, and process improvement
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills—able to explain ideas simply and collaborate effectively
  • A growth mindset and interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources
