This position is fully onsite in Ozark, Alabama. Human Resources Site Lead Bring your experience and ideas to provide strategic and hands‑on leadership for a large, complex site of 700+ employees and contractors within the US Army Flight Training Program. You’ll oversee all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, labor relations, employee engagement, workforce planning, leadership coaching, performance management, and HR operations. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership and play a critical role in maintaining a positive employee relations environment, supporting military installation requirements, and managing relationships with third‑party subcontractors.
