Duties: Audit new employee employment paperwork and document findings. Provide support for a large filing project by scanning documents, creating and organizing electronic files, and auditing files. Assist the HR team with talent acquisition by providing administrative support for interviewing, onboarding and orientation. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Ensure accuracy of employee data while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Provide other human resource assistance, as necessary. Education and Qualifications: Previous experience in Human Resources, business or related field. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information required. Ability to work independently supported by a fantastic HR team, resourceful mindset, and strong attention to detail required. Some knowledge of employment law and regulations is helpful. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Proficiency with MS Office Suite: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint required. Previous experience with Dayforce HRIS system ideal.
