About The Position
Bonnie Brae, a Special Education School and Residential Treatment Program that utilizes a trauma-informed approach in working with youth and their families, located in Liberty Corner, New Jersey, has a great career opportunity for a Human Resources Trainer. The Human Resources Trainer has responsibilities related to Bonne Brae's campus wide employee training/development and retention initiatives. The Human Resources Trainer will be the primary Professional Crisis Management (PCM) trainer, which will require this individual to obtain and maintain a PCM Instructor Level Certification. Additional responsibilities include employee mentoring/training follow up/feedback in the employee's work area settings; ensuring documentation, including competency tests, of required trainings are complete; and participating in agency inspections/regulatory compliance activities. Candidate will possess the following:
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Human Resources experience in area of training and development preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Valid Driver's license - not currently suspended or suspended over the last three years due to accidents or moving violations
