About The Position

Cherry Hospital seeks a dynamic leader to direct all therapeutic programming and activity services. This role provides executive leadership of multidisciplinary teams to advance person-centered care, active treatment services, and recovery-oriented practices across the hospital. Works closely with the Clinical Director and Executive Leadership Team to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and effective program design.

Requirements

Master's degree in a disciple specific to the program from an appropriately accredited institution and four years of experience in the area of assignment, including two years in a supervisory or consultative capacity.
Bachelor's degree in a discipline specific to the program from an appropriately accredited institution and six years of experience in the area of assignment, including two years in a supervisory or consultative capacity.
Skill to lead oversight of therapeutic and active treatment programming.
Ability to supervise multidisciplinary leaders and departments (e.g., treatment programming, occupational therapy, Riverbend School, recreation/arts therapies, interpreter services, peer support, Work Therapy, pastoral care).
Ability to develop, implement, and revise programming policies and procedures.
Knowledge to ensure compliance with hospital standards and external regulatory requirements (Joint Commission, CMS, DHHS).
Ability to coordinate hospital-wide activities, cross-department initiatives and advance staff training and professional development.
