Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI
  • 10+ years in intelligence experience, with a minimum of 5 years supporting SOF
  • Graduate of an advanced, Tier-1 HUMINT course (e.g., ASOC, MOTC, or DATC)
  • Proven track record of operating in "grey zone" or contested environments where standard military support is limited
  • Mastery of specific targeting tools and biometric identity management systems (eg, BAT/HIIDE)
  • Ability to provide real-time, high-pressure briefings to senior mission commanders and strategic stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of Title 10 vs Title 50 authorities and the legal constraints of sensitive military operations
  • US citizenship for work on DoD contracts

Responsibilities

  • F3EAD Integration: Synchronize human intelligence with the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, and Disseminate targeting cycle to disrupt high-value networks
  • Provide expert oversight for the rapid interrogation and tactical document/media exploitation (DOMEX) during direct-action missions
  • Manage complex validation processes to mitigate "insider threats" and ensure the integrity of human sources in high-threat environments
  • Coordinate sensitive activities with National-level agencies and Host Nation security elements to ensure operational deconfliction
  • Direct low-visibility operations and the use of specialized technical surveillance equipment in support of human collection
