Requirements

Active TS/SCI
10+ years in intelligence experience, with a minimum of 5 years supporting SOF
Graduate of an advanced, Tier-1 HUMINT course (e.g., ASOC, MOTC, or DATC)
Proven track record of operating in "grey zone" or contested environments where standard military support is limited
Mastery of specific targeting tools and biometric identity management systems (eg, BAT/HIIDE)
Ability to provide real-time, high-pressure briefings to senior mission commanders and strategic stakeholders
Deep understanding of Title 10 vs Title 50 authorities and the legal constraints of sensitive military operations
US citizenship for work on DoD contracts

Responsibilities

F3EAD Integration: Synchronize human intelligence with the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, and Disseminate targeting cycle to disrupt high-value networks
Provide expert oversight for the rapid interrogation and tactical document/media exploitation (DOMEX) during direct-action missions
Manage complex validation processes to mitigate "insider threats" and ensure the integrity of human sources in high-threat environments
Coordinate sensitive activities with National-level agencies and Host Nation security elements to ensure operational deconfliction
Direct low-visibility operations and the use of specialized technical surveillance equipment in support of human collection
