Responsibilities

  • Prepare samples and assist in electrical test activities on cable at various stages of production on high voltage cables.
  • Sample tests
  • Routine tests
  • Factory Acceptance tests
  • R&D tests
  • Prepare samples for tests
  • Result documentation
  • Utilize good principles of measurement, precision, and uncertainty
  • Use process documentation
  • Assist in procedure development and composition
  • Reporting and feedback of test results and deviations to Test Engineer, Test Laboratory Manager, and other stakeholders
  • Perform first level maintenance
  • Preparation of equipment before and after testing
  • Follow company and department's governing documents
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment
  • Perform 5S tasks
