About The Position
We are seeking a motivated HVAC Apprentice / Warehouse Support team member to assist our field technicians while also supporting daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in HVAC while gaining hands-on experience with equipment, parts, and job site operations. This position requires reliable transportation, with occasional use of a company vehicle for deliveries or job-related support.
Requirements
- Interest in starting a career in HVAC
- Reliable personal vehicle required (occasional use of company truck)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC technicians on residential and/or commercial job sites
- Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials
- Help with basic installation and maintenance tasks under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on job sites
- Assist with warehouse organization, inventory, and stocking
- Pull materials and stage equipment for upcoming jobs
- Make local deliveries of parts and equipment to job sites
- Support fleet and tool organization as needed
