Requirements
- License: Apprentice license required (must have by start date)
- Mindset: Willingness to learn, mechanical aptitude, and strong work ethic
- Physical Ability: Able to climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces, and work in attics, crawl spaces, or rooftops
- Soft Skills: Positive attitude, customer service focus, attention to detail
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, background check, and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Certification: EPA Certification preferred (we can help you get it)
Responsibilities
- Learn to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations for residential and light-commercial HVAC systems
- Work with air conditioners, furnaces, packaged units, ductwork, thermostats, zoning systems, filters, and wiring
- Safely use tools, gauges, and equipment necessary to complete tasks
- Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with tools/parts
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent Boothe’s with professionalism
- Follow safety protocols and all local/national codes
- Grow your skills every day through shadowing, training, and hands-on experience
