Estimator : Develop accurate cost estimates, material lists, and layouts; collaborate with teams for profitable projects. HVAC Technician : Install, service, and maintain systems to code; focus on quality troubleshooting and customer interactions. Field Supervisor : Oversee crews for timely installs, provide training, and ensure safety/compliance.
Requirements
- Relevant experience: 3+ years for tech/sales roles; 5+ for supervisory/estimating
- Strong HVAC knowledge (residential systems, NC codes), communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license; clean record

- North Carolina H3-I or H3-II license
