HVAC Install Apprentice

We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Install Apprentice to join our installation team. This is a full-time position that works directly with experienced HVAC installers to assist with residential heating and air conditioning system installations. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the HVAC trade while gaining hands-on experience and professional training.
Requirements
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening, conducted in compliance with California law.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record based on company insurance requirements.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including OSHA-approved safety footwear.
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic with willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 lbs regularly with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods
- Capable of performing physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with the installation of residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Help with job site preparation, material handling, and equipment setup for installation projects
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials for daily installation jobs
- Support installers with basic installation tasks including running ductwork, setting equipment, and system preparation
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized job site throughout the installation process
- Follow company safety procedures and installation standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects run smoothly
- Participate in ongoing training to develop technical HVAC skills and industry knowledge
