About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical services. This role involves installation projects in a variety of HVAC and related equipment across residential and minor commercial properties. A strong background in construction, appliance repair, boiler systems, and property maintenance is highly desirable. The technician must possess excellent mechanical knowledge and field install skills to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. Why Join Us Income potential can be over $100,000! Requirements

5+ Years Residential HVAC installation experience is preferred.
Valid Driver’s License and Clean MVR.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ductwork, piping, geothermal, and air flow is preferred.
EPA Universal Certification Preferred.

Responsibilities

Install HVAC related equipment, including gas lines used in a residential and light commercial setting, successfully without supervision.
Assemble and install heating and air-conditioning units used in homes.
Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping.
Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
Ensure our reputation for reliable service is maintained during all interactions with customers.
Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned / required.
