About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Install Manager to lead our installation team, ensure top-quality work, and help drive customer satisfaction. Role Overview: The Residential HVAC Install Manager oversees and participates in the installation of HVAC systems for residential and light commercial projects. You’ll lead by example, ensure safety and quality, and guarantee an exceptional experience for every customer.

Requirements

  • 24 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean record.
  • Clear background check and pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana).
  • Proven HVAC experience; residential focus preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
  • EPA certification and understanding of HVAC safety standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Apprentice or Journeyman License preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate HVAC installation teams, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards.
  • Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment, with precision and efficiency.
  • Train, mentor, and support installation staff to maintain high workmanship standards.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, explaining system issues and solutions professionally.
  • Document all work accurately and maintain job site organization.
  • Uphold company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards at all times.
