Known for our strong reputation in plumbing and customer service, we are expanding our HVAC division and looking for a skilled HVAC Install Technician to join our team. Position Overview The HVAC Install Technician is responsible for the installation of residential heating and cooling systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components. This role works closely with our HVAC Comfort Advisor and operations team to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- 4 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in crawl spaces, attics, and varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment
- Read and interpret installation plans and manufacturer specifications
- Ensure installations meet all local codes and safety standards
- Test systems to ensure proper operation and performance
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Communicate with customers professionally and explain system operation when necessary
- Work collaboratively with installers, service technicians, and office staff
- Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment
