About The Position

Full-time | Residential & Light Commercial | Charlottesville area Who we’re looking for: We want someone who’s serious about building a career in the trades—not just picking up a paycheck. If you show up on time, work hard all day, take pride in doing things the right way, and you’re willing to study on your own to advance, you’ll do well here. HVAC experience helps, but it’s not the deciding factor. Work ethic, attitude, and coachability are. What you’ll do (yes, including the unglamorous parts) You’ll work alongside lead installers and learn the trade by doing it. That includes the “scut work”—because that’s part of earning trust, building habits, and becoming valuable on a crew. Shop + truck duties (this matters here) This role includes cleaning and maintenance duties around the shop and on the truck. A clean shop and a clean, organized truck are part of being a professional. Leave job sites and customer homes cleaner than you found them Service-call support (when needed) At times, you may assist on service calls when a service technician needs an extra set of hands. That’s also a strong learning opportunity. Why Beck Cohen We’re not a “warm body” shop. We care about craftsmanship, doing right by customers, and building a team of professionals. If you want a trade career you can be proud of—and you’re ready to work for it—apply. Learn more: BeckCohen.com View all jobs at this company
