About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and motivated HVAC Installers to join our installation team. As an HVAC Installer, you will install HVAC systems in residential homes. Compensation Range: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually depending on experience and performance. Please complete our Culture Index survey. All applicants must complete a survey. Copy and paste this link for survey: https://surveys.cultureindex.com/s/x38syncklP/111337 What You'll Do: Remove and install residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, two-speed units, package units, split systems, and zoning systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with newly installed systems to ensure compliance with company and manufacturer standards. Remove old equipment and clean up job sites after installation is complete. Collaborate with crane operators to stage and position HVAC equipment. Support the safe removal of materials and equipment from rooftops to ground level using ropes, ladders, and crane coordination. Operate and handle hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and effectively. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Complete tasks efficiently and within set timelines. Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company needs. What We’re Looking For: GED or High School Diploma 1+ years in the HVAC industry Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally Ability to work in a fast paced and results driven environment Ability to work under stressful conditions and may be exposed to verbal and/or physical confrontations Ability to work extended hours, nights or weekends Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl Why Work With Us? Requirements

  • GED or High School Diploma
  • 1+ years in the HVAC industry
