About The Position

This position involves hands-on HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
The work environment can vary, including both climate-controlled office settings
and outdoor locations in various weather conditions. The role requires physical
labor, including lifting heavy objects, and exposure to sharp, hot, and/or cold
equipment. Safety is a top priority, and the employee must adhere to all safety
procedures and always wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. The
position may also require working outside of normal hours in the event of
emergencies.

NOTE: This position is safety-sensitive and subject to drug testing
requirements.  A positive drug test will result in a job offer being rescinded
or, for active employees, termination, even if they test positive for marijuana
and have a valid medical marijuana license.
