We're looking for a detail-oriented, experienced, and licensed Project Manager of Special Projects to join our company.

Requirements

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in HVAC
Strong Leadership Skills.
Punctual and Dependable.
Higher Education and/or College Degree
Experience in Project Management
Experience in working on projects involving Hospitals and Schools.
Software Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Fast Pipe/Fast Duct
Extensive knowledge of construction principles and processes
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, customer service.
Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Project planning and the scheduling of detailed schedules for project activities ensuring timely completion.
Estimating and preparing transparent proposals that adhere to the terms of each JOC Contract.
Prepare project documents for submission to owners and engineers.
Practice the allocation of resources effectively.
Quality assurance and control by implementing QA/QC procedures to meet industry standards.
Purchasing to ensure that all purchase orders are in the best interest of Tempe Mechanical and its clients.
Risk Management to proactively assess safety hazards, schedule delays and budget overruns.
Safety Compliance with safety regulations and best practices throughout the project.
Closeout and Turnover the project closeout activities including final inspections.
