Requirements

• EPA 608 Certification — Required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and refrigerant regulations
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of HVAC/R experience — Preferred
• Experience with commercial cooking equipment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems (compressors, evaporators, condensers, motors, fans, controls, etc.)
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency
• Diagnose system issues using gauges, meters, and leak detection tools
• Recharge refrigerant in compliance with EPA regulations
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Maintain accurate service records including work performed, parts used, and time tracking
