Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC/R installation, maintenance, and repair
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, components, and design principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
- Proficiency with industry tools and equipment, including electrical diagnostic tools, welders, and plumbing equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Relevant HVAC certifications or licenses preferred
Nice To Haves
- Experience with appliance or commercial kitchen equipment repair is a plus
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC/R system issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and testing equipment
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Repair and maintain commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment
- Conduct electrical testing and diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment
- Complete property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems and equipment
- Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities comply with local codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Collaborate with team members, contractors, and vendors to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and maintenance activities
