About The Position

We are building the next evolution of in-home HVAC sales. Instead of forcing technicians to become salespeople, our company uses a structured Phone Closing Model where technicians perform diagnostics and gather measurements while a dedicated Sales Closer leads the decision conversation with the homeowner. As the closer, you step in once the technician has completed diagnostics, review the findings with the homeowner, and guide them through the solution options. This role combines: • high-ticket HVAC sales • consultative problem solving • structured closing • office-based selling If you can confidently guide homeowners through $5k–$40k+ system decisions, this role provides exceptional earning potential without driving to homes all day. What Makes This Role Different This is not a call center job. Our company uses a structured 4-Quarter Sales Framework designed specifically for HVAC diagnostics and system replacement conversations. Technicians gather the evidence. You interpret the evidence and guide the decision. You will have: • technicians performing diagnostics in the home • real measurements and system data • homeowners already engaged in solving a problem Your job is to connect the dots and lead the decision. They slow the process down, clarify the situation, and help the homeowner see the full picture. Because of this, they naturally close larger, long-term solutions, not just small repairs.
