Requirements

  • At least 5 years HVAC Sales / Estimator / Comfort Advisor experience
  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal and Written
  • Well Organized with the Ability to Work Independently
  • Professional Phone Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Has HVAC Comfort Advisor or in-home sales experience
  • Loves consultative selling
  • Wants uncapped earning potential
  • Thrives in a performance-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Meeting with homeowners who already need help and guide them to the best comfort solutions for their homes.
  • Running 2–3 quality sales calls per day
  • Diagnosing heating, cooling, and air quality issues
  • Designing comfort solutions that fit the home and budget
  • Recommending additional upgrades when appropriate.
  • Working closely with technicians for warm lead handoffs, which helps build trust and increase your close rate.
