About The Position

Position Title: Hvac Selling Technician at Air Titans Pro JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Advanced Troubleshooting and Diagnosis: Perform advanced diagnostic tests and inspections on complex heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Utilize specialized tools and equipment to accurately diagnose issues and recommend solutions. 2.Complex Repairs and Maintenance: Execute complex repairs, adjustments, and replacements of heating and cooling system components, including high-efficiency units and cutting-edge technology. Conduct thorough preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring optimal performance and extending the lifespan of equipment. 3.Sales and Customer Solutions: Identify potential system upgrades, enhancements, and energy-saving solutions during service calls. Present and explain product options, service plans, and system upgrades to customers, utilizing advanced sales techniques to close sales. Achieve sales targets by recommending and selling appropriate products and services based on customer needs. 4.Customer Communication and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing expert advice and exceptional service. Clearly communicate complex technical information to customers in an understandable manner. Handle customer concerns and objections professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. 5.Parts and Inventory Management: Maintain a well-organized inventory of parts, supplies, and tools, ensuring availability for advanced service calls. Proactively order parts and supplies needed for complex repairs and ensure timely replenishment of stock. 6.Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document all service activities, including diagnostics, repairs, parts used, and time spent, in the CRM system. Provide detailed service reports and recommendations to customers and submit them to the office or supervisor upon completion of each service call. 7. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct pre-work safety inspections and ensure that all work is performed in a safe and compliant manner. 8. Continuous Learning and Development: Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development. Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs to enhance technical skills and obtain relevant certifications. 9. Quality Assurance and Post-Service Follow-Up: Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Conduct post-service inspections and tests to verify the effectiveness of repairs and ensure customer satisfaction. 10. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on opportunities for additional sales and service offerings. Work closely with dispatch and other technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and completion of service calls.
