HVAC Service Dispatcher

Overview Parker & Sons is currently seeking an HVAC Dispatcher to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our dispatchers are responsible for scheduling and dispatching home services repair, installation and maintenance technicians to specified customer locations for service and repair. Keeping you comfortable with expert heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical service Since 1974. Schedule: We are looking to cover 2 shifts. Following are both schedules. M-F 10AM - 7PM and F-M, 4 10-hour shifts, 7AM-6PM or 8AM-7PM. Must have a Minimum 1 years of dispatching experience in HVAC, Electric , Plumbing, or a related trades industry, Candidates with no trades dispatch experience will not be considered. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience, in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus
Responsibilities
- Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule
- Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location
- Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians
- Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments
- Communicate with field personnel via Outlook
- Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians
- Maintain accurate technician database
- Coordinate parts scheduling
- Coordinate warranty installations with other divisions.
- Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc. from customers
