Requirements

3+ years as an HVAC installer/technician
Certifications: Valid HVAC certification
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient knowledge in different models of HVAC systems

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems and equipment.
Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Maintain and perform work on air handling units, duct work, vents, and condensation drainage lines.
Accurately track repairs and complete work in Service titan and other trade software systems.
Ensure that preformed work is aligned with industry standards.
Communicate issues in a non-technical manner to clients.
