In this role, you will:
Take ownership of maintaining and preparing job sites and the shop—ensuring clean, safe, and well‑organized workspaces.
Keep mechanical rooms, plant rooms, and plant centers looking their best through cleaning, painting, and routine upkeep.
Perform minor preventive maintenance on essential equipment, including chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
Replace filters in air handlers, terminal devices, and fan coil units to support optimal air quality and efficiency.
Clean coils and HVAC equipment to maintain reliable system performance.
Jump in with general facilities support to help keep the entire environment operating smoothly.
This position requires flexibility for varying shifts, including weekends, offering an opportunity to work with diverse equipment and support critical hospital operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years general maintenance-related work experience OR completion of a trade school required.
• Military experience considered.
• Strong electrical skills and solid mechanical aptitude
• Driver's License
• Act 34

• Prior HVAC or service technician experience
