Requirements
- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience
- Team-first attitude with strong communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with HVAC technology
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (DMV report required)
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems and components
- Install and replace equipment when needed
- Provide accurate estimates and explain solutions to homeowners
- Educate customers on system performance, energy efficiency, and maintenance options
- Perform routine preventative maintenance services
- Mentor and guide junior technicians and apprentices
- Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
- Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company policies
- Work in various conditions—climb ladders, lift 50–100 lbs, and access crawl spaces/attics
