Work-Life Balance: Year-round work and no after-hours or Sunday on-call schedule What You'll Do: Expertly troubleshoot and execute repairs on a variety of HVAC systems and equipment. Identify potential maintenance issues and risks associated with equipment, clearly explaining findings to customers and presenting recommended solutions. Diagnose both electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems, providing accurate and cost-effective options to restore comfort and performance. Promptly and efficiently perform emergency repairs to ensure uninterrupted system functionality. Maintain strict compliance with appliance standards and adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Consistently meet service standards, follow work instructions, and fulfill customer requirements. Cultivate strong customer relationships while continually enhancing your understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations. Leverage your technical expertise and communication skills to educate homeowners on system upgrades, maintenance plans, and product enhancements , driving customer satisfaction and sales growth. Support from Our Fort Myers Hub: While field-based, you’ll receive full operational, dispatch, and leadership support from our Fort Myers team. Dispatch-from-Home: This role is based in the Sarasota / Bradenton area, with technicians dispatched directly from home to their first call each day. Virtual Team Meetings: Daily huddles, trainings, and team meetings are conducted virtually, allowing you to stay connected without commuting to a branch. Local Service Area: You will primarily service customers within the Sarasota and Bradenton markets. In-Person Interview Requirement: Candidates must be able to attend an in-person interview at our Fort Myers location as part of the hiring process.
