YOUR DAY-TO-DAY As an HVAC Service Technician, you will serve homeowners in one of East Tennessee's most exclusive communities. You will become a trusted expert, focusing on building long-term relationships instead of rushing from call to call. Each day, you will deliver white-glove, relationship-based service, proactively recommending system improvements, maintaining clean and protected work areas, and ensuring every detail is documented. You will work on advanced residential systems, including heat pumps, dual-fuel, high-efficiency, communicating, ductless, zoning, and IAQ solutions, as well as control systems and smart thermostats. Your role will never be about the fastest fix, but about representing the company at the highest level, valuing precision, discretion, and professionalism in every interaction.

Requirements

Experience with heat pumps, dual-fuel, high-efficiency, and communicating systems
Senior-level residential service technician experience
Familiarity with IAQ solutions
Skilled with controls and smart thermostats
Pride in craftsmanship and system performance
Knowledge of ductless and zoning systems
Ability to build strong relationships with homeowners and property managers
Clear communication skills and advanced diagnostic skills
Discreet and emotionally intelligent
Comfortable working in high-end custom homes
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Nice To Haves

Experience with wine cooling units, hydronics and boilers, high-end custom builds
