Are you the kind of HVAC professional who thrives when the world is asleep? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated 3rd Shift HVAC Team Lead to keep our systems running smoothly through the night.

Requirements

• Strong execution skills with the ability to follow through and deliver results
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• A technical, solution-oriented mindset with strong troubleshooting ability
• Proven ability to independently lead and support a team of 4–5 employees
• A consistently professional attitude and appearance
• Solid computer proficiency, including work order systems and basic reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Lead the Night Crew
• Supervise, mentor, and support 3rd shift HVAC technicians
• Assign and prioritize nightly work orders
• Promote and enforce safety standards and best practices
• Provide coaching, training, and constructive feedback
