About The Position

Leaky’s is hiring an HVAC tech to cover weekends and after-hours calls. This is a full-time position — not side work. We already have the calls. We just need the right person to run them. Schedule (Set Shift) Saturday: All day + after hours Sunday: All day + after hours Monday: All day + after hours Tuesday: All day + after hours Wednesday: Possible Half day (or as needed) Off every week: Thursday & Friday Plus 1 full weekend off every 4–6 weeks You work when others don’t — and you get paid for it. Pay $26–$34 per hour (DOE) + extra bonus per weekend for running the weekend/on-call shift Overtime opportunities Steady work If you’re a solid HVAC tech and don’t mind owning the weekends, this could be a great fit.
