Job Summary In a safe, efficient, and professional manner the HVAC Technician II will support Clients in the preventative, corrective, and general maintenance of HVAC systems. While the intent is this position is based out of the greater Cincinnati metro area, this role is not dedicated to any specific customer and will be required to travel to other geographic regions. This could include traveling for several weeks at a time and up to 50% of the time overall. Other duties include, but not limited to, daily assessments of systems, maintaining a clean working environment, and other various duties as assigned by the supported Facility Maintenance Manager, while adhering to all safety and health standards. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance of HVAC equipment, production chillers and boilers, controls located throughout buildings, and kitchen refrigeration. Performing tests, rounds and analysis of data to assure the proper functioning of equipment. Responsible for performing work according to manufacturing standards and following the change process of qualified core equipment and components.
