As a HVAC Technician you will act as a local on-site program and company representative to commercial customers. You will be conducting energy efficiency HVAC Maintenance Tune Ups, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. You can expect to be providing technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Successful candidates will reside in Little Rock, Arkansas for frequent travel within the territory. company vehicle provided

Requirements

  • High school or GED w/relevant industry technical certification/training preferred
  • EPA Type Universal (required)
  • Work in all climates
  • Climb and use step stools, ladders
  • Ability to work in-person in Commercial environments with HVAC Equipment
  • Are at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

Responsibilities

  • Travel throughout a defined territory performing A/C Tune Ups.
  • Trains field staff and develops training materials and guidelines on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits of commercial energy efficiency upgrades that involve further complexity and analysis
  • Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products
  • Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.
