About The Position

SOAVE MECHANICAL IS URGENTLY HIRING! We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Technician who takes pride in quality work and doing things the right way. In this role, you’ll handle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of onsite HVAC systems, ensuring equipment runs safely, efficiently, and up to standard. You’ll work independently, document your work thoroughly, and communicate findings clearly with your manager and team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five (5) years of strong hands-on experience with troubleshooting, understands superheat, subcooling, airflow, and proper system charge, and is comfortable working with live high- and low-voltage systems. You bring your own tools, maintain a clean worksite and vehicle, and conduct yourself professionally and ethically with both coworkers and customers. If you’re reliable, safety-minded, eager to learn, and ready to contribute your expertise, we’d love to hear from you. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and stand, kneel, bend, or work overhead for extended periods in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
