About The Position
We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Warehouse Manager to run day-to-day operations. This role is critical to keeping our field teams productive and our jobs running on schedule.
Requirements
- HVAC or construction materials experience (HVAC preferred)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Inventory control and systems experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, materials, and tool control for plumbing operations
- Coordinate receiving, staging, and distribution to jobs and service teams
- Maintain accurate counts, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Work closely with purchasing, operations, and field supervisors
- Lead warehouse staff and enforce safety and accountability
