About The Position

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Warranty Technician to serve as a technical expert responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex warranty-related installation and service issues. This role supports service quality, reduces repeat calls, and strengthens technician performance through mentorship, training, and collaboration.

Requirements

3 Years of HVAC Service or Install experience - diagnostic skills
Strong communication, customer service, and leadership abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and long-term solutions
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Run warranty calls
Diagnose and resolve HVAC installation and service-related warranty issues
Identify repeat issues and support training initiatives to improve technician performance
Mentor and coach service technicians and installers
Partner with Dispatch and Service Management to resolve warranty calls efficiently
Repair and troubleshoot HVAC systems and related equipment
Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate service documentation
Order parts to support timely repair completion
