Job Description: Responsibilities: Areas of responsibility/ownership include the following: Defining and implementing processes and responsibilities for product supportability and Design for Services for SSD, in partnership with Delivery Readiness, other Operations stakeholders, and BUs (including Hybrid Cloud/Storage). Defining and driving Supportability requirements for select HC products into Hybrid Cloud Engineering. Leading or contributing to process and experience improvement efforts. Driving efforts towards necessary outcomes, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. (Ex. Operationalize HC Metrics and consolidated dashboard, BMT/QBR readiness/root cause identification/improvement, VOC survey alignment, Business Continuity Plans) Leading strategic initiatives to drive cost optimizations. Partnering with Hybrid Cloud Support groups and leadership to address new needs, expectations, and challenges for the support and customer experience. Aligning across HPE Operations and Hybrid Cloud BU on the tactical and strategic needs of Hybrid Cloud Support and Support Services Delivery. Education and Experience Required: 12+ years to demonstrate mastery of Service Business Management. Advanced experience in several of the related disciplines of delivery, solution architecting, business planning, and product development, Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field of study. Relevant industry experience is also applicable. Relevant understanding and knowledge of storage, cloud services, or hybrid solutions. Experience with release of hardware, software, and integrated solutions is highly desired. PMP/PMI certification preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Sufficient technical knowledge of storage products and product release processes to allow collaboration with BU product mgmt, PMO, and technical experts. High knowledge of IT and services industry. In-depth knowledge of the company's organization and policies, services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market. Unique mastery and recognized authority in area of responsibility. Need solid technical, and state-of- the-art functional, or business knowledge. Highly developed problem solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, develop relationships across organizations and accomplish goals under pressure situations. Strong skills in exercising independent judgment. Ability to correctly design reports and interpret their output. Highly developed project/ program management and change management skills. Requirements

  • 12+ years to demonstrate mastery of Service Business Management.
