Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager, Insurance Producer, or related role in sales or customer service.
• An active insurance producer’s license is required or willingness to obtain.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for building client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM and insurance management software.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs, recommend tailored solutions, and close sales on various insurance products.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
• Provide assistance with policy inquiries, claims process management, and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Track and manage client policy renewals, ensuring awareness of updates or additional options.
• Identify and recommend additional relevant insurance products for clients.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and stay informed on insurance products and updates.
• Collaborate with teammates, underwriters, and management to deliver optimized client outcomes and meet objectives.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and participate in training to enhance knowledge and skills.
